Are these units ready? Are they for rent? I am currently renting in Southwood and interested in a 2/2 in the downtown area. I look forward to hearing back from you!
Many of these units can be leased and or lease-purchased. Closings can occur prior to November 30th, so you can receive you $8,000 tax refund from the Federal Government.
