Many of these units can be leased and or lease-purchased. Closings can occur prior to November 30th, so you can receive you $8,000 tax refund from the Federal Government.

I was interested in details about possibly leasing a unit. I have seen some listings on various websites, but the photos of the for lease units do not look like what I see on this website. Is the complex still under renovations and that is why there is a difference or is what I am finding for lease actually a different property?
