Welcome To Living In Downtown Tallahassee

by Joe Manausa on June 1, 2009

Welcome to 830 East Park Avenue in Tallahassee, Florida.

If you are looking for a premium location to live, with reasonable rental rates, you should take a tour of 830 East Park Avenue in downtown Tallahassee.

Each unit has parking for your car, right at your front door. Compare this to other downtown condominiums and apartments, many where the walk is more than 1/4 mile from car to front door! No need to lug groceries all over a parking garage and grunt them up to your room.

Located a short walk from Starbucks, Smash Burger, and plenty of other modern dining establishments, you can enjoy the best of Tallahassee without even having to use a car. Considering 830 East Park Avenue is located directly on the bus route, you might be tempted to sell your car and completely convert to an urban lifestyle.

830 East Park Avenue features both one and two bedroom units for rent. Unlike other downtown Tallahassee properties, these apartments are huge!

1 Bedroom Condo For Rent

Our one bedroom units are similar in size to surrounding two bedroom units, with room enough for all of your furniture and belongings. It’s like living in a two bedroom place without having to have a roommate!

2 Bedroom Condo For Rent

Our too bedroom apartments are the size of many three bedroom ones in surrounding locations. Two large bedrooms plus a living room big enough for all of your audio and video entertainment systems. Take a tour of our two bedroom units and you’ll realize they are the best value in Tallahassee.

Take the time to visit for a short tour and you’ll see why the recently renovated condominiums at 830 East Park Avenue are the perfect place to live in downtown Tallahassee. Simple call us at (850) 800-9161 and we’ll schedule a time to show you your new home.

Are these units ready? Are they for rent? I am currently renting in Southwood and interested in a 2/2 in the downtown area. I look forward to hearing back from you!

Many of these units can be leased and or lease-purchased. Closings can occur prior to November 30th, so you can receive you $8,000 tax refund from the Federal Government.

I was interested in details about possibly leasing a unit. I have seen some listings on various websites, but the photos of the for lease units do not look like what I see on this website. Is the complex still under renovations and that is why there is a difference or is what I am finding for lease actually a different property? Please let me know, we might be interested if there were units for lease as pictured on this website. Thank you.
